i flew all the way to japan to gift my girlfriend vintage shirts ✈️🤘🏻🖤 one night on facetime i asked her “how did you get into heavy music” since when we first started talking we would constantly talk about music and would make playlists for each other. she told me that an internet friend had shown her the band “blind guardian” at a young age which started her fascination with metal. the night i asked her was the same exact date that she saw them live for the first time almost 20 years ago. i knew she didn’t have any of their shirts so being a huge vintage collector myself, i knew that i had to get her some tees and went searching. i found both tees on ebay, the first one being the long sleeve from 2006 which has the show that she attended listed on the back. the second one being an original tour tee from 1992. to me vintage hits unlike anything else. being able own an item from a show you attended decades ago is truly special and i wanted to give her that feeling. i love you ゆう 🖤
